UI/UX design The problem
User research configured the weak points of the old design through series of user journeys. The major pain points pointed out difficulties in arranging transportation and lack of brand identity that builds trust with the clients.
The solution
The solution is a modern corporative design, that builds trust with the customers by showing off the company's mission, identity and has accessible contact information. The blue colour stands for the Cargo Logistics’ marine background and location at one of the biggest ports in Bulgaria. The accent colour highlights important information and buttons.
